At Priyan Journal, we take pride in providing quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited return and refund policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• Be returned within 7 days of delivery

• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Used or opened products

• Custom or special-order items

• Tech accessories once packaging is opened

• Any item returned after the 7-day period

Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

3. Our support team will review and confirm the return eligibility.

4. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original condition.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed via your preferred method of communication, since we do not collect online payment.

Please note:

• Refunds are not provided in cash on delivery return.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• It may take up to 10 business days to process your refund after the return is approved.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly, either through replacement or refund.
